- What's the difference between DebiCheck and standard EFT?
- DebiCheck is bank-authenticated up front — the customer approves the mandate through their bank, dispute rates are far lower. Standard EFT is simpler to set up but easier to dispute after the fact.
- Do you actually hold the PASA licence?
- Yes. Appiawave is a PASA System Operator directly. We aren't reselling someone else's licence.
- Can we automate retries on unpaid transactions?
- Yes — retry logic is fully configurable per client, with reporting on recovery rates.
